Zinyala specializes in the development of leisure and tourism related property developments. The concept of participation in the very early stages of property development projects and benefiting from the advantages thereof is nothing new. Zinyala recently entered into agreements with adjoining farm owners to purchase farms next door. Careful studies showed that there is an excellent potential to develop a limited number of ten to eleven chalets per title of deed for private ownership on the Reserve terrain. Zinyala as a project fits perfectly into Wealthgate’s plans to extend our developments in the Waterberg region.

The remaining farms will still be part of the bigger Reserve and a written agreement with the development company is that all owners will have full traversing rights to all the adjoining properties. New adjacent properties will be under the same agreement. Based on the very successful funding of our projects, we decided to extend a limited opportunity to our valued Registered Private Clients, to invest in this exciting project.

There is ample supply of good quality water from strong boreholes and a fountain. The rocky terrain is of good quality and excellent for building. The terrain features lovely big trees Acacias; “Raasblaar”; “Wilde Sering”; “Boekenhout”; “Vaalbos”; “Wild figs”; “Kiepersol” and a variety of others.

Particulars of the offer

  1. Zinyala is the name of the Game Reserve and the 5% share will be registered in Wealthgate Investment 1000/2000/3000/4000 (PTY) Ltd.
  2. The Purchaser of any shares under this offer has the right to instruct Wealthgate Investment 36 (PTY) Ltd at any time, to sell his/her share on his/her behalf.
  3. Wealthgate Investment 36 will assist the shareholders of the Company, to form a Management Committee for the purpose of management of the Company’s property, and to set up rules and regulations of use. Proforma rules and regulation will serve as guideline
  4. All shareholders of the Company will have full traversing rights on Zinyala Private Game Reserve.
  5. The Company Shareholder will be regarded as proper members with full voting rights, on the Zinyala Reserve Home-Owners Association. No rules and regulations can be changed unless all shareholders agree upon the change (70% vote)
  6. After completion of the chalet a adjustable total monthly levy of R 399,00 p.m.(full share), cc shares: 4 sleeper 4 weeks – R 80.00, 4 sleeper 8 weeks – R160.00; 6 sleeper 4 weeks – R94.00, 6 sleeper 8 weeks R188.00,  will be payable to Wealthgate Investments 36 (PTY) Ltd, who will render 24 hour Estate Security and Access Control. Weekly refuse removal, road and services maintenance as well as Ecological management. This levy will also include rate and taxes, water and electricity.
